摘    要:目的 :探讨熟地黄对雌性小鼠老化进程中血清雌激素 (E2 )浓度、脾细胞雌激素受体 (ER)含量、成骨细胞孕激素受体(PR)含量的调节作用。方法 :应用放射免疫法、放射配体结合分析法技术 ,研究熟地黄对雌性小鼠老化进程中上述指标的调节作用。结果 :对照组随着老化进程的发展 ,血清中E2 浓度、脾细胞ER含量和成骨细胞PR含量均明显下降 ,并随老化程度呈阶段性变化 ;熟地黄组对应指标也有所下降 ,与对照组相比 ,PR、ER含量的下降速度明显减慢 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :熟地黄有抵抗老化进程中血清E2 浓度、脾细胞ER含量和成骨细胞PR含量下降这种生理性变化的功能 ,即有抗衰老作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the role of regulation of rehmannia on serum E 2, splenic estrogen receptor(ER), osteoblasts progestin receptor(PR) levels in aging female mice. Methods: Serum E 2 was determined by RIA, ER proteins of splenic cells and PR proteins of osteoblasts were determined by radio-ligand binding assay. Results: With aging, levels of serum E 2、ER of splenic cells and PR of osteoblasts decreased progressively in female mice in control group. In rehmannia group, levels of ER、PR increased remarkably(P<0.01) as compared with the control group. Conclusions: Rehmannia has the function to prevent the decrease of ER、PR in aging female mice.
