| 摘 要： | 细胞色素氧化酶P4 50在肿瘤的发病和治疗中起着不容忽视的作用。其中CYP1A2引起人们更多的关注 ,它除对某些药物代谢外 ,还在一些外源性的前致癌物激活过程中起着重要的作用。由于CYP1A2受环境因素及遗传因素的影响 ,不同个体之间其含量及活性相差较大。这种差异使人们注意到某些肿瘤的发病与不同地区的人群和不同的个体之间存在着易患性有关。从而提醒人们通过改变生活方式来降低肿瘤的发病率。

| Abstract: | Cytochrome P450(CYP450) plays an important role in the cause and therapy of tumors. Of all the CYP450, people now pay more attention to CYP1A2. In addition to the metabolism of some drugs, CYP1A2 is important to the process of the initiation of some extrinsic former-carcinogens. Because CYP1A2 is influenced by some environmental and hereditary factors, the content and activity differ greatly in different individuals. The difference makes people notice the relation between the cause of some tumors and easily suffering from illness of population in different regions and different individuals. It warns us to change the life style to reduce the incidence of tumors. |
