| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨肿瘤转移抑制相关基因表达水平与膀胱癌生物学行为的关系。方法 :用免疫组化LSAB法分析nm2 3/NDPK在膀胱癌的表达及其与多种指标的关系。结果 :nm2 3/NDPK表达强度随肿瘤临床分期和病理分级的增高而增高。高分化肿瘤nm2 3/NDPK表达明显低于中低分化肿瘤 ,有淋巴结转移者nm2 3/NDPK表达显著低于未转移者。结论 :nm2 3/NDPK可能在膀胱癌发生及转移中起不同调节作用 ,可作为评价膀胱癌恶性程度、肿瘤进展及预后的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: The expression of nm23 genes/NDPK was studied in order to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of nm23/NDPK genes was examined by LSAB immunohistochemistry. The relationship between nm23 genes/NDPk expression and several parameters of bladder carcinoma were analyzed. Results: The expressive intensity of nm23 genes/NDPK was associated with the stages and the grading of the tumor. Positive rates in the well differentiated carcinoma were lower than those of moderately and poorly differentiated. Expressive rates in patients of lymphatic metastasis were lower. Conclusions: nm23/NDPK might exert varied modulating actions on the genesis and metastasis of bladder carcinoma, there fore it serves as a parameter to judge malignancy, progression and prognosis. |
