| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察归龙通脉饮对大鼠脑缺血的保护作用。方法 :以归龙通脉饮 12 5ml/kg、2 50ml/kg灌胃大鼠 ,结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉 ,形成急性实验性不完全性脑缺血模型 ,观察归龙通脉饮对脑含水量、脑指数、脑毛细血管通透性及脑病理损伤的影响。结果 :归龙通脉饮对实验性大鼠脑缺血所致脑含水量及脑指数的升高有显著降低作用 ;对实验性大鼠脑缺血所致毛细血管通透性增加有显著降低作用 ;能减轻脑组织病理损伤。结论 :归龙通脉饮对缺血性脑损伤具有明显保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study protective action against the injury of cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods: Effects of Guilong Tongmai Yin (12.5ml/Kg and 25.0ml/Kg ig ) on brain water content, brain wet weight index and capillary permeability of rats caused an acute cerebral ischemic by bilateral ligation of common carotid were observed. Results: The results showed that Guilong Tognmai Yin decreased significantly the brain water content, brain wet weight index and capillary permeability and reduced brain histopathology injury of rats with acute experimental cerebral ischemia. Conclusion: It demonstrated that Guilong Tongmai Yin possesses a protective action against the injury of cerebral ischemia. |
