| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨健脾调肝法对于肠易激综合征治疗的综合疗效。方法 :应用中医辨证、中药内服方法治疗肠易激综合征 189例 ,其中肝气郁滞型 4 9例 ,脾虚气滞型 53例 ,肝郁脾虚并重型 87例。结果 :痊愈 111例 ,好转 59例 ,总有效率达 89.9%。结论 :中医健脾调肝法治疗肠易激综合征疗效明显 ,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: Explore the comprehensive effect of clinically treating irritable bowed syndrome by invigorating the spleen and regulating the liver.Methods: treating 189 cases of irritable bowel syndrome by the diagnosis of Chinese medicine and the internal administration of herbal medicine. Among them,49 cases of stagnation of hepatic qi,53 cases of sluggish flow of qi due to deficient spleen,87 cases of stagnation of the liver-qi and deficiency of the spleen. Results: The total effective rate is 89.9 percent. Conclusions: The effect of treating irritable bowel syndrome by invigorating the spleen and regulating the sliver is obvious. It's worth clinically applying widespread. |
