炎愈膏抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

目的 :研究炎愈膏对小鼠、大鼠的抗炎镇痛作用。方法 :按新药研究要求的药理试验规范以及相应文献的方法进行抗炎镇痛试验。结果 :炎愈膏对小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀有明显抑制作用。能有效抑制大鼠足跖角叉菜胶所致的急性炎症 ,并能有效抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿胀。镇痛试验结果表明能明显提高热板法致痛的小鼠痛阈 ,明显减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数。结论 :炎愈膏有明显的抗炎镇痛作用 ,为临床应用提供了科学依据。

Experimental research on anti-inflammatory and analgesic of Yan Yu ointment

Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic of Yan Yu ointment to rats and mice. Methods: The experiment had been done on the anti-inflammatory and analgesic of Yan Yu ointment in the way of pharmacological experiment standard of new medicine and corresponding documents. Results: Yan Yu ointment can efficiently inhibit ear's swell of the mouse and the acute inflammation and granuloma induced respectively by carrageenan and cotton ball. The experiment of analgesic showed that Yan Yu ointment can dramatically prolong the spell of mice anti-heat, noticeably decrease the twisting reaction times caused by acetic acid. Conclusions: All above indicated that Yan Yu ointment had noticeable anti-inflammation and analgesic effects which provided the scientific basis for the clinical application.
