左炔诺孕酮和米非司酮用于紧急避孕临床的观察

目的 :观察左炔诺孕酮 (L NG)和米非司酮 (Mife- )用于紧急避孕的有效性、副反应及对月经的影响。方法 :将 2 2 3例无保护性交或避孕失败 72小时内要求采用补救措施以防意外妊娠的健康妇女 ,随机分为 L NG组和 Mife组 ,L NG组每次口服左炔诺孕酮 0 .75 mg,间隔 12小时 ,共 2次 ;Mife组单次口服米非司酮 2 5 mg。于预期下次月经第 7天随诊 ,判断避孕效果。避孕有效率以 Dixon预期妊娠概率计算。结果 :L NG组 2 12例和 Mife组 10 2例实际妊娠数分别是 5例和 2例 ,实际有效率为 5 5 .5 9%和 70 .97%,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,用药后两组各种副反应发生率均未超过 10 %,两组间差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。下次月经按期来潮者分别为 78.5 1%和 82 .35 %。结论 :两种药物用于紧急避孕均有效、安全。

Clinical observation of levonorgestrel and mifepristone for emergency contraception

Objective:To observe the efficacy,side effects of Levonorgestre ( LNG) with Mifepristone ( Mife- ) ,and their effect on next menstruation in emergency contraception.Methods:2 2 3women with regular cycles and history of unprotected or unsuccessfully protected intercourse within 72 h of attendance were recruited,and randomly assigned to the LNG and Mife- group,LNG was taken twice with a1 2 - hour interval,0 .75mg per time.In Mife- group,single dose of2 5mg Mifepristone was taken.Follow- up visits were paid on the seventh day of the next expected menstruation to evaluate the contraceptive efficacy, which was calculated by Dixon's method.Results:The total valid subjects in LNG and Mire- group were 1 2 1 and 1 0 2 respectively.5and 2 pregnancies occurred in each group of which the contraceptive efficacy rate was 55.59% and 70 .97% respectively,the difference was not statistically significant( P>0 .0 5) .The incidence of various were less than 1 0 % ,no statistically difference between the two groups( P>0 .0 5) . Percentage of subjects having their nextmenstruation as expected was78.51 % and82 .35% respectively. Conclusions:Both drugs used in emergentcontraception were effective and safe.
