| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨番泻叶冲剂对术后肠功能恢复的疗效及其机理。方法 :检测大小鼠大小肠炭末推进率。结果 :实验结果表明番泻叶冲剂可促进术后小鼠肠功能恢复 ,促进小鼠排便功能 ,提高大小肠炭末推进率 ,增加小鼠大小肠内水分含量 ,增加大鼠在体肠管运动的收缩张力和幅度。结论 :番泻叶冲剂对术后肠功能紊乱有调整恢复作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effectiveness of Fanxieye soluable preparation to recover the intestine function and that of the mechanism.Methods:To determine the propelling rates of the charcoal powder in the large and small intestine of the rat and the mouse. Results:The Fanxieye soluable preparation can promote the recovery of the intestine function and help the mice to expel, increase the propelling rate of the charcoal powder, the content of water in the large and small intestine and the tension and the range of the movement when the intestines contracted.Conclusions:Fanxieye soluable preparation can regulate the disorder of intestine function after the operation. |
