| 摘 要： | 对86例肝硬化患者的心电图改变进行分析,发现异常心电图发生率为76.7%,其中以左室肥厚、心肌劳损、房性和室性早搏等改变较常见,心电图异常组的病死率明显高于心电图正常组(P<0.05)。提示心电图改变可作为判断肝硬化患者预后的一项指标。

| Abstract: | Electrocardiogram (ECG) changes of 86 patients with liver cirrhosis were analyzed. EGG changes on left ventricular hypertrophy, cardia muscle strain, atrial or ventricular premature contracture are especially commonly found .The electrocardiographic abnormality rate was 76.7%. The fatality rate of those with ECG abnormality was significantly higher than those of ECG normality (P<0.05). The author suggests that the ECG changes might be considered as an indicator for evaluating the prognosis of patients with liver cirrhosis. |
