老年结肠癌致肠梗阻的临床治疗分析

目的探讨老年结肠癌性梗阻临床治疗的问题及疗效。方法将我院收治的32例老年结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者自2002年6月-2008年6月的的临床诊治资料进行回顾性分析。结果本研究32例患者均经手术治疗,21例行急诊手术,1例有吻合口瘘为Ⅰ期手术吻合后发生、1例术后肺部感染、3例发生切口感染、因中毒性休克、多器官衰竭病情加重放弃治疗离院1例,择期手术12例均痊愈。结论必要的术前准备、对术后并发症的积极防治、围手术期营养支持是提高老年结肠癌性肠梗阻患者手术成功率的重要因素。老年结肠癌并肠梗阻采用一期切除吻合是可行的。

Older colon cancer clinical treatment of analysis of intestinal obstruction

【Objective】Older obstruction discussed colon cancer treatment and the clinical curative effect.【Methods】Will be our hospital from 32 were elderly cases of colon cancer with intestinal obstruction who from June 2002 to June 2008 of the diagnosis and treatment of clinical data were retrospectively analysed.【Resluts】32 cases with 21 routine emergency operation,3 case of incision infection、Postoperative lung infection in 1、Ⅰ period after surgery anastomosis anastomotic fistula in 1,1 cases of toxic shock,multiple organ failure illness to forgo treatment from the court,Elective surgery in 12 cases were recovered.【Conclusion】The necessary of preoperative preparation,to the postoperative complications of active control,perioperative nutrition support is to improve the old colon cancer patients with ileus success rate of operation of important factor.Older colon cancer and obstruction by using a period with resection is feasible.
