摘    要:目的:探讨无创血压测量特性的检验和评估方法.方法:通过无创血压测量的模拟器检验、临床试验检验、过压保护检验、血压测量范围检验、测量间隔时间检验、单次血压测量时间检验及单次时间限制检验,进一步规范检验的具体步骤和内容,便于采取统一的检验手段.结果:针对无创血压测量的基本需求、性能及安全的检验急需,建立国家标准来全面规范无创血压测量设备在设计、检验和方法学等方面的要求,建立客观的评价方法,有效地检验此项监护参数测量的性能和安全性,确保临床使用的有效性和安全性.结论:本方案具有投资小、效率高的特点,为非接触血压测量及效果评估提供了一种新的思路.

Abstract:Objective:To determine noninvasive blood pressure measurement characteristics and evaluation method.Methods:To further standardize examining specific steps and content by the noninvasive measurement of blood pressure simulator test,clinical test,overvoltage protection test,blood pressure measurement range test,measurement interval test,single blood pressure measurement time test and single time limit test,we employed a unified test method.Results:According to the basic demand,performance and safety inspection in urgent need of noninvasive blood pressure measurement,we established the Chinese national standard to the comprehensive standard of noninvasive blood pressure measurement equipment in the design,test and method and other aspects of the request,establishes the objective evaluation methods,effectively examine performance and safety of the care parameters measurement,ensure the effectiveness and safety of the clinical use.Conclusion:This method is of low cost and high efficiency.It provides a new thought for noninvasive blood pressure measurement and its evaluation.
