| 摘 要： | “一本通”门急诊病历手册是北京市卫生局推行的一项利民举措。不同医院使用同一门诊病历手册，达到了医疗资源共享。通过对673份“一本通”病历的检查，分析缺陷原因，采取一些相应的管理方法和具体措施，确保病案资源更好地为患者服务。

| Abstract: | ＂OneNote＂outpatient and emergency medical records notebook is a benefit measure of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Health. Different hospital use the same outpatient records manual can achieve the medical resources sharing. We analyze the defects reasons, take some corresponding management methods and specific measures to ensure the medical record resource better service for patients by examining 673 ＂OneNote＂ medical records. |
