参麦联合银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效分析

目的:探讨参麦联合银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛患者临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组,两组患者均采用常规西药治疗,治疗组加用参麦联合银杏达莫注射液静脉滴注治疗,对照组则加用丹参注射液静脉滴注治疗:两组共治疗两周后观察两组患者的心绞痛症状和心电图情况。结果:两组心绞痛疗效及心电图疗效总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组对缓解心绞痛及心电图的改善有较好疗效,治疗组优于对照组。结论:参麦联合银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛有较好的治疗作用。

An effective analysis of treating CHD and angina with Shenmai plus Yinxingdamo injection

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of the integrative therapy.Methods：To divide 80 patients into two groups,both took the routine therapy;the observed group took the Shenmai plus Yinxingdamo injection more;the control group took Shenmai injection more;and then angina symptoms and ECG were compared with each other.Results：The difference is significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Shenmai plus Yinxingdamo injection is better for treatment.
