刮痧治疗黄褐斑机理研究

摘    要:黄褐斑也称为肝斑和蝴蝶斑,是面部黑变病的一种,是发生在颜面的色素沉着斑。目前,治疗黄褐斑尚无特效药物,西医治疗主要以局部表皮剥脱为主,虽见效快,但病情易复发,且风险较大;中医除了辨证口服中药外,可采用刮痧、针灸等外治方法治疗,效果明显,且无明显副作用。面部刮痧疗法是传统和现代相结合,具有一定的中医理论依据,可依据患者的病变和体质,辨证循经选穴,实施不同手法,使被刮拭过的经络和腧穴的微循环得以改善,起到疏通经络,活血化瘀,营养组织细胞的作用,并能疏通经络,激发脏腑自身的调节机制,使脏腑功能活跃,经络畅通,气血上荣于面,从根本上达到治疗疾病的目的。

Abstract:Melasma,also known as liver spots and melasma, a facial melanosis, occurred in the face of pigmentation spots. Currently, there is no effective drug treatment of melasma, Western medicine mainly localized skin exfoliation based, although quick, but the disease recur, and the greater the risk; TCM syndrome can be scraping by oral medicine and external treatment including scraping and acupuncture treatment. The method of treatment, the effect is obvious, and no significant side effects. Facial scraping therapy is both traditional and modern combination, with some Chinese medicine theory, can be based on the patient's disease and physical, dialectical meridian selection of points, the implementation of different techniques, so that is wiped off the microcirculation meridians and acupoints can be improved, play clear the meridians, promoting blood circulation, the role of nutrition tissue cells, and can clear the meridians, organs of selfregulatory mechanisms to stimulate make organs function active, the meridian flow,the blood glory in the face, to achieve the purpose of treating disease fundamentally.
