刮痧治疗黄褐斑机理研究

黄褐斑也称为肝斑和蝴蝶斑,是面部黑变病的一种,是发生在颜面的色素沉着斑。目前,治疗黄褐斑尚无特效药物,西医治疗主要以局部表皮剥脱为主,虽见效快,但病情易复发,且风险较大;中医除了辨证口服中药外,可采用刮痧、针灸等外治方法治疗,效果明显,且无明显副作用。面部刮痧疗法是传统和现代相结合,具有一定的中医理论依据,可依据患者的病变和体质,辨证循经选穴,实施不同手法,使被刮拭过的经络和腧穴的微循环得以改善,起到疏通经络,活血化瘀,营养组织细胞的作用,并能疏通经络,激发脏腑自身的调节机制,使脏腑功能活跃,经络畅通,气血上荣于面,从根本上达到治疗疾病的目的。
