摘    要:目的 通过对柳州市2所医学院校护理专业学生的问卷调查,了解护理专业学生对实验室生物安全知识的认知情况及态度.方法 运用随机抽样的方法,采用问卷调查方式对护理专业502人开展问卷调查.结果 学生对医院内感染、消毒、灭菌的概念掌握较好,对实验室生物安全、生物危害的等级分类、气溶胶、生物安全柜等知识的了解程度有限.结论 护理专业学生对实验室生物安全知识的了解程度有待提高,学校应加强实验室生物安全教育.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the awareness and attitude of laboratory bio-safety knowledge among students from nursing department by questionnaire survey on students from nursing department in two medical colleges in Liuzhou. Methods Questionnaire survey was carried out among 502 nursing students by stratified random sampling. Results The results showed that, the students had better knowledge about nosocomial infection, disinfection and sterilization, but they had limited mastery of laboratory bio-safety, grade separation of bio-hazard, aerosol, biological safety cabinet and so on. Conclusion The laboratory bio- safety knowledge of nursing students can still be improved, and the university should strengthen laboratory bio-safety education.
