蔬菜、水果对结核病发病的影响

摘    要:目的:研究蔬菜、水果与结核病发病的关系。方法:采用匹配病例对照研究的方法,于2012年8月-2013年12月期间,在广州市胸科医院招募258名新发的结核病病例;在广州市登封社区中招募对照者258名。以面对面的方式,患者回答调查员填写问卷来调查患者的人口经济学特征、采用食物频率法,调查近1年以来的膳食营养摄入状况。结果:本研究显示蔬菜、水果可降低结核病的发病风险。日均摄入量为573/698(男/女)g、336/343 g的蔬菜、水果的结核病发病风险分别是日均摄入量为251/192 g、34.4/60.8 g的0.02倍(0.01~0.12)及0.01倍(0.00~0.04),并具有明显的线性趋势(P0.001)。结论:蔬菜、水果摄入量增加,可降低结核病发生的风险。

A Case-control Study of the Effect of Vegetables and Fruits on the Risk of Tuberculosis Pathogenesis

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of vegetables and fruits on the risk of tuberculosis pathogenesis.Methods A matched case _ control study was used. From August 2012 to December 2013, 258 new tuberculosis cases were enrolled in Guangzhou Chest Hospital, and 258 controls were recruited from Dengfeng community of Guangzhou city. A face_to _face interview about economic characteristics of population and food frequency was adopted to collect dietary intakes 1 year prior to interviews.Results The study results showed that vegetables and fruits could reduce the risk of tuberculosis pathogenesis. Compared to the respective amount of 251/192(male/female) g/d and 34.4/60.8(male/female) g/d, when the intakes of vegetables and fruits were respectively to 573 / 698 (male/female) g/d and 336/343 (male/female) g/d, the tuberculosis risks were respectively 0.02 (0.01 _ 0.12) and 0.01 (0.00 _ 0.04), and possessing respectively linear trend(P〈 0.001).ConclusionsIncreased intake of vegetables and fruits can reduce the risk of tuberculosis pathogenesis .
