氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合舍曲林对青年卒中后抑郁患者抑郁及对神经功能康复的影响

目的 探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合舍曲林对青年卒中后抑郁患者抑郁及神经功能康复的影响.方法 将我院住院治疗的118例青年卒中后抑郁患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,给予对照组患者舍曲林口服,观察组患者接受氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合舍曲林治疗.采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、改良Barthel指数及FMA运动功能量表评估患者抑郁状况、日常生活能力（ADL）及肢体运动功能.结果 治疗后4周观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组（96.7% vs 74.1%,P〈0.05）;治疗后2周及4周,观察组HAMD评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组改良Barthel指数及FMA评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合舍曲林治疗青年卒中后抑郁,可显著改善患者抑郁状态,促进神经功能的康复.

Influence of flupentixol melitracen combination with sertraline on the depression status and neurological function of younger post-stroke depression

Objective Objective To explore the influence of flupentixol melitracen combination with sertraline on the de- pression status and neurological function young post-stroke depression. Methods 118 cases with young post-stroke depression were randomly divided into control group and experience group. Control group received sertraline treatment and experience group were given flupentixol melitracen combination with sertraline therapy. HAMD, MBI and FMA were used to evaluate de pression status, ADL and extremity motor function. Results Effective rate of treatment in experience group was siificantly higher than that in control group （P~0.05） ; HAMD scores on 2 and 4 weeks after treatment in experience group were signifi- canlty lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）; MBI and FMA scores after treatment in experience group were greatly higher than those in control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Flupentixol melitracen combined with sertraline can greatly improve the depression status and promote neurological function recovery of younger post-stroke depres- sion.
