间苯三酚在不孕患者子宫输卵管造影术中的应用

目的研究间苯三酚在不孕患者子宫输卵管造影术（HSG）中缓解输卵管痉挛的作用。方法将在该院就诊、确诊为不孕拟行子宫HSG检查的80例患者分为对照组和观察组各40例，观察纽术前20min肌内注射间苯三酚40mg后行手术，对照组术前未用任何药物，直接行常规操作。比较两组患者在HSG中的压力值及镇痛效果来研究间苯三酚对输卵管的解痉作用。结果观察组镇痛总有效率为95．0％（38／40），对照组为80．0％（32/40），两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组压力值（28．60±2．62）kP]对照组（36．50±3．45）kPa]比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论HSG术前使用间苯三酚能减少因输卵管痉挛导致的对输卵管通畅度判断的失误，以准确地指导临床工作。

Applications of phloroglucinol in hysterosalpingography in infertile patients

Objective To study the effect of phloroglucinol in relieving spasm of hysterosalpingography （HSG） in infer- tile patients. Methods A total of 80 patients,who diagnosed as infertility and proposed with HSG examination,were divided into control group and observation group ,40 cases in each group. The observation group was with operation after intramuscular injec- tion of 40 mg phloroglucinol 20 minutes before surgery, and the control group was with normal operation directively without any drug before operation, the pressure value and the analgesic effect in HSG in the two groups were compared. Results The total ef- fective rate of analgesic effect was 95.0% （38/40） in observation group and 80.0% （32/40） in control group, and the difference be- tween the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. There was statistically significant difference on pressure value between observation group （28.60±2.62）kPa] and control group （36.50±3.45） kPa] （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of phlorogluci- nol before HSG can reduce misjudgment of tubal patency induced by tubal spasm, so as to accurately guide clinical work.
