针刺配合中西药治疗对脑出血术后患者神经功能康复的影响

目的 探讨针刺联合中西药治疗对脑出血术后患者神经功能康复的影响.方法 收集2011-01-2013-11我院收治的脑出血术后神经功能缺损患者 118例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各59例,对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药及针刺治疗.结果 2组患者治疗后脑水肿范围均显著缩小,但观察组显著小于对照组（P＆lt;0.05）;2组NIHSS评分均显著降低,但观察组显著低于对照组（P＆lt;0.05）;2组Barthel指数均显著升高,但观察组显著高于对照组（P＆lt;0.05）;观察组的ADL分级明显低于对照组（P＆lt;0.05）.结论 针刺联合中西药治疗可有效改善脑出血术后患者的神经功能缺损症状,促进患者康复,值得推广应用.

Influence of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on neurological rehabilitation for patients with cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the influence of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine （TCE） on neurological rehabilitation for patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 118 patients after cerebral hemorrhage with neurological deficit in our hospital between January 2011 and November 2013 were collected, and were ran- domly divided into observation group and control group, 59 cases in each group. The control group received conventional west- ern medicine treatment, observation group received acupuncture and TCM on the basis of control group. Results Brain edema of the two groups were significantly reduced, but the observation group was significantly lower than control group （P~0.05） ; NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower, but the observation group was significantly lower than control group （P~0.05） ; t3arthel index of the two groups were significantly increased, but the observation group was significantly higher（P d0.05） ; the ADL grade of observation group was significantly lower than control group （P~0.05）. Conclusion Acupunc- ture combined TCM treatment can impr6ve the symptoms of neurological deficit of cerebral hemorrhage patients, and promote the rehabilitation of patients, which should be promoted in clinical application.
