氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗胃溃疡伴抑郁症的临床价值分析

目的:观察胃溃疡伴抑郁症采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的60例胃溃疡伴抑郁症患者,随机分为A、B两组。给予A组患者胃黏膜保护药、质子泵抑制药等治疗,在A组患者治疗基础之上,给予B组患者氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果进行对比。结果:A组患者治愈率为66.7%,B组患者治愈率为93.3%。两组患者治疗效果对比,差异显著具有统计学意义(P0.05)。患者心、肝、肾等均未发现功能明显异常现象。结论:胃溃疡伴抑郁症采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗效果显著,安全可靠,值得推广与应用。

Clinical Value Analysis of Clinical Effect of Flupentixol Melitracen on Gastric Ulcer Accompanying with Depression

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Flupentixol melitracen on gastric ulcer accompanying with depression. Methods 60 cases of gastric ulcer patients accompanying with depressive disorder in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups（A and B）. Patients in group A were treated with gastric mucosal protective drugs and proton pump inhibitor therapy. Patients in group B were treated with Flupentixol melitracen. The clinical effects were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results The cure rate of group A was 66.7 %, and that of group B was 93.3 %. Patients with heart, liver, kidney and other features did not find significant anomalies. Significant difference between two groups was observed（P 0.05）. Conclusion The using of Flupentixol melitracen for the treatment of gastric ulcers accompanying with depression is safe and reliable with significant effect, worthy of promotion and application.
