快通道外科技术在直肠癌根治术中的护理应用

目的 探讨快通道外科技术在直肠癌根治术中的护理效果。方法 选取2010年1月至2012年3月住院行直肠癌手术患者68例，分为观察组46例和对照组22例，分别采用快通道外科技术进行护理和常规护理，观察并比较两组患者的病情知晓率、护理配合率、手术安全率、术后并发症发生率、术后肛门排气排便时间、住院时间、住院费用及满意度。结果 观察组患者病情知晓率（100.0%）、护理配合率（97.8%）、手术安全率（95.7%）较对照组（90.9%、95.5%、95.5%、9.1%）均有所提高，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；而观察组患者术后并发症发生率（8.7%）较对照组（9.1%）明显减少，术后肛门排气排便时间（28.7±4.3）h]较对照组（38.4±3.9）h]提前，住院时间（9.2±1.3）d]较对照组（11.5±3.6）d]明显缩短，住院费用（6946.3±1831.8）元]较对照组（9643.2±1864.8）元]明显减少，满意度（97.8%）较对照组（81.8%）也有所提高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 应用快通道外科技术对直肠癌根治术患者进行护理，能加快患者术后的康复速度，减少并发症的发生，缩短住院时间，降低住院费用，值得在临床推广应用。

Nursing application of fast-channel surgery in treatment of radical resection of rectal cancer

Objective To investigate nursing effect of the fast-channel surgery in treatment of radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods Selected 68 patients with rectal cancer surgery from January 2010 to March 2012 to divide into the observation group（46） and the control group（22）. They were treated with fast-channel surgery and routine nursing respectively. It was studied and compared with the illness awareness rate,nursing service rate,operation safety rate,occurence rate of postoperative complications,postoperative anal exhaust and defecation time,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and degree of satisfaction. Results The illness awareness rate（100.0%）,nursing cooperation rate（97.8%）,operation safety rate（95.7%） of 68 patients in the obseration group and were higher than those of 22 patients in the control group ,but there is no stati sitically signifificant differ ence while the postoperative complications were reduced significantly （9.7%/0.86%）. The postoperative anal exhaust and defecate time（28.7±4.3）h/（38.4±3.9）h] and the hospitalization time were shortened obviously（9.2±1.3）d/（11.5±3.6）d）],as well as the hospitalization expenses was decreased significantly （6 946.3±1 831.8）yuan/（9 643.2±1 864.8）yuan],The satisfaction degree was also increased（99.8/86.0）. Conclusion The nursing application of fast-channel surgery in treatnemnt of radical resection of rectal cancer can accelerate the recovery of patients after operation,reduce the complications,shorten hospital stay,reduce hospitalization expenses,which is worthy of promotion in the field of nursing.
