益气活血方药对D-半乳糖拟衰大鼠免疫器官及免疫细胞的影响

目的：探讨益气药、活血药在抗衰老过程中发挥的作用及机制。方法：模型组通过腹腔注射D-半乳糖（D-gal）建立大鼠衰老模型,模型给药组同时灌服中药。50天后检测其胸腺、脾脏的重量,T淋巴细胞亚群的分化率。结果：模型组与空白组相比脾脏、胸腺质量均减轻（P〈0.01）,给药各组脾脏、胸腺质量均增加（P〈0.05）。模型组与空白组相比CD4＋T淋巴细胞显著降低（P〈0.01）。与模型组相比给药各组CD4＋T淋巴细胞均升高（P〈0.05）,空白组CD4/CD8比值高于其它各组,与模型组相比益气大剂量组、益气活血小剂量组、益气活血大剂量组这三组CD4/CD8比值均升高（P〈0.01）。结论：益气药、活血药对免疫衰老有一定的拮抗作用,且二者合用效果更显著。益气药对免疫系统的影响优于活血药。

Effect of Formula Benefiting Qi and Activating Blood Circulation medicine on immune organ and cells of the aging rats by D-gal

Objective: To observe the impact of the Formula for Benefiting Qi and Activating Blood TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) on playing different roles about anti-aging and to investigate its mechanisms.Methods:the model groups were established by abdomen injection with D-gal.at the same time,the model dosage groups were administered with Traditional Chinese Medicine.50 days later examines the weight of spleen and thymus,the T lymphocyte subgroup differentiation rate.Results: Compared with Model group and blank group,weight of spleen and thymus were all reduce(P<0.01),but dosage group were all increase(P<0.05).Quantity of CD4+T lymphocyte of the Model group was significantly decreased compared with that of the blank group(P<0.01),and Quantity of CD4+T lymphocyte of the dosage group was significantly increased as compared to Model groups(P<0.05),The blank group CD4/CD8 ratio is higher than other each group,the CD4/CD8 ratio of rats in the Group Ⅲ,Ⅶ and Ⅷ were increased compared with the blank group(P<0.01).Conclusions: Both drugs for Reinforcing Qi and drugs for Activating Blood have certainly antagonistic action to the immune function of the aging rats,and the both union effect is more remarkable.The former is superior to the latter to immune system’s influence.
