保乳手术治疗三阴乳腺癌的安全性及其预后分析

目的探讨保乳手术治疗三阴乳腺癌的安全性及接受保乳治疗的三阴乳腺癌的临床预后特点。方法 718例接受保乳手术治疗病例，其中三阴乳腺癌111例，非三阴乳腺癌607例，比较两组的局部复发率和远处转移率。结果中位随访50.5个月，三阴乳腺癌和非三阴乳腺癌的局部复发分别为3例（2.7%）和14例（2.3%），无复发生存率无统计学差异（97.3% vs 97.7%，P=0.883）;远处转移分别为4例（3.6%）和21例（3.5%），无远处转移生存率没有统计学差异（96.4% vs 96.5%，P=0.726）。结论 保乳手术治疗三阴乳腺癌安全,有效，其局部复发率与远处转移率与非三阴乳腺癌患者相当。

Safety and prognostic analysis on breast-conserving surgery in treating triple negative breast cancer

Objective To evaluate the security of breast conserving surgery （BCS） in triple negative breast cancer （TNBC） and prognostic features of TNBC underwent BCS compared to non- triple negative breast cancer （non-TNBC）. Methods Of 718 patients underwent BCS, 111 were TNBC, and 607 were non-TNBC. Loeal-regiongal recurrence and distant metastasis were analyzed inthese two subgroups. Results With a median follow-up period of 50.5 months,3 （2.7%）cases in TNBC and 14 （2.3%） cases in non-TNBC appeared local-regiongal recurrence,4 （3.6%） patients in TNBC and 21 （3.5%） patients in non-TNBC developed distant metastasis. The Local-regional Recurrence free survival and disease metastasis free survival between two groups were Comparable. Conclusions Breast conservation is a safty and effective treatment for TNBC.
