甲硝唑与呋喃西林根管冲洗液临床疗效观察

目的探讨甲硝唑在根管治疗中的临床疗效。方法将141颗需作根管治疗患牙随机分为2组，Ⅰ组用0．5％甲硝唑作根管冲洗液，Ⅱ组用0．02％呋喃西林作根管冲洗液，比较两组对根尖周炎的疗效，将结果进行统计学分析。结果Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组的治疗疗程有显著性差异（P〈0．01）；根管封药2次以内疼痛、红肿好转现象两组无显著性差异（P〉0．05），但叩痛、臭味、瘘管好转有显著性差异（P〈0．01）；Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组的总有效率接近（P〉0．05）。结论甲硝唑能减少疗程，有较好的疗效。

Comparison of clinical effect between Metronidazole and Nitrofurazone as root canal irrigating solution

Objective To study the clinical effect of Metronidazole on root canal treatment. Methods Total 141 teeth suitable candidates for root canal treatment were randomly divided into two groups, in which group I was given Metroni- dazole while group II was given Nitrofurazone as root canal irrigating solution. After treatment the clinical effect of the two solutions on periapical periodontitis was compared in two groups and results were analyzed with medical statistics. Results There was a significant difference of the length of treatment course between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ （P 〈 0.01 ）; No significant difference of pain redness and swelling was found between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）; however there was a significant difference of percussion pain, foul smell and fistula formation between two groups （P〈0.01） during the two intercanal; The tolal efficiency rates of two group was similar （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Metronidazole could reduce the length of clinical course and had better effect in patiluar, percussion pain, foul smell and fistula formation.
