浅谈明清时期脾胃学之特点

明清时期是中医学理论与实践发展的鼎盛时期。明清医学承袭宋金元的基础,加之社会经济发展对医学的推动,名医辈出,基础理论和临床各科进一步丰富和成熟,进入了全面、系统和规范化的总结阶段。其中对于脾胃学说有精辟论述,又各有发挥,促使脾胃学说进一步发展。本文主要从明清脾胃学的理论及诊治特色论述该时代所具脾胃学特点。

Discussion on the Theory of Spleen and Stomach of Ming and Qing Dynasties

The Ming and Qing Dynasties is the peak of the theory and practice of traditional Chinese medicine,it followed the medical basis from Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties.Adding the contribution that social economic development made to medical,many famous doctors appeared at that time,and the basic theory and clinical departments became enriched and matured,which got the era into a comprehensive and standardized summary stage.At the same time,the theory of spleen and stomach had a further development.This article mainly tells the characteristics of spleen and stomach through its theory,Diagnosis and treatment from that time.
