微创确诊乳腺癌后保乳手术的选择

【摘要】 目的 探讨微创手术（Mammotome）确诊乳腺癌后保乳手术的特点和可行性。方法 对我院2008.4~2012.2期间654例乳腺微创手术后确诊的8例乳腺癌进行总结，探讨其保乳手术的特点。结果 7例完成保乳手术，1例完成保留乳头的根治术。保乳手术者术后均进行了化放疗及内分泌治疗，随访至今均无复发。结论 微创手术确诊的乳腺癌一般为早期乳腺癌，选择保乳手术是可行的。

Selection of breast-conserving surgery on breast cancer after confirmed diagnosis by minimally invasive surgery

Objective To investigate the characteristic and feasibility of breast-conserving surgery after the breast cancer is diagnosed by Mammotome. Method From April 2008 to February 2011, eight patients were diagnosed breast cancer in 654 cases who received Mammotome surgery, and underwent breast-conserving surgery in our hospital. The data of surgical procedure were retrospectively studied. Results Seven patients underwent breast conserving surgery, one case received modified radical mastectomy with nipple retention. These seven cases of breast conserving surgery were carried out chemotherapy and radiotherapy and endocrine therapy after the surgery. In 13-34 months of foUow-up, there aren＇t any tumor recurrence. Conclusion The breast cancer diagnosed by Mammotome is usually early, and the choice of the breast conserving surgery is feasible.
