绵阳市水污染事件对冠心病患者的影响研究

目的研究冠心病患者由绵阳水污染事件所致应激状态下的心血管系统变化。方法对水污染事件前行冠状动脉造影确诊冠心病的患者进行随访,对比水污染事件前后患者心血管指标。结果应激状态下冠心病患者HR、SBP和DBP较事件发生前明显升高,而EF未发生明显变化,水污染事件后未正规服用β-受体阻滞剂患者HR、SBP、DBP和EF比正规服药患者升高明显。结论重大公共卫生突发事件应激对冠心病患者有不良影响,不正规服药患者影响明显。

Study of the influence on water pollution event on patient with coronary artery disease

Objective To study the cardiovascular changes in patients with coronary artery disease suffering from the event of water pollution in Mianyang.Methods The data were collected and then again from the same group patients before and after the event of water pollution in Mianyang,and we analysised the cardiovascular index.Results The heart rate,systolic blood presser and diastolic blood presser of these patients were obviously higher after the event,but the ejection fraction was not alleosis.These indexes of the patients,who didn′t take β-blockers regularly,were obvious higher than the patients who take regularly.Conclusion Stress of public health event could produce unfavourable influences on the patiens with coronary artery disease,and the influences would be more obvious in the patients who didn′t take drugs regularly.
