充血性心力衰竭治愈前后的甲状腺功能变化

目的观察充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者与正常人甲状腺功能的关系,以及CHF治愈前后的甲状腺功能变化。方法选择CHF患者30例与正常人41例比较,CHF患者心衰治愈前后自身对照比较。结果CHF患者T3、T4较正常组明显降低,CHF治愈后T3较治疗前明显提高,与正常人无显著差异。T4较心衰治疗前有回升,但较正常组仍有显著差异。TSH在观察中无明显变化。结论CHF患者血清T3、T4水平下降,TSH无变化,CHF治愈后T3可恢复正常,T4回升,尤T3变化明显,可作为治疗心衰疗效观察的一项参考指标。

Changes of thyroid function before and after the cure of congestive heart failure

Objective To observe the relationship of the th yroid function between normal perso ns and patients with CHF,and changes of thyroid function befo re and after the cure of CHF.Methods To compare the thyroid function of CH F patients(30cases)with that of normal persons(41cases);To compare the thyroid function of CHF patients with themselves before a nd after CHF was cured.Results Compared with the normal group,the T 3 ?T 4 values of CHF patients were much more lower.The T 3 values got higher obviously after th e cure of CHF,but compared with norma l persons there was no significant di fference.T 4 got higher after the cure of CHF too,but c ompared with normal group there was s till significant difference.There was little changes of TSH.Conclusion In patients with CHF,the serum level of T 3 and T 4 decreased,but TSH had little change.T 3 may return to normal and T 4 may rise again after CHF was cured.T 3 and T 4 my be regarded as a reference value in the observation of CHF therapy.[
