高渗盐液影响神经动作电位和含水量的实验观察

摘    要:为探讨高渗盐液抑制动作电位的机制及可复性,利用电生理学和称重方法对照观察了浸泡高渗盐液之哇离体坐骨神经干复合动作电位和含水量变化。结果表明,高渗盐液使复合动作电位消失的神经干脱水42.24%,高渗盐液作用于神经干长达30min时脱水44.69%,远低于动作电位再现限界(80%),动作电位抑制是可逆的。

Abstract:In order to approach the mechanism and revivablity of hypertonic saline restrain action potential,we observed the changes of compound action potential and water content of toad sciatic nerve in hypertonic saline.The results indicate that the water content of the nerve decrease 42.24% while the action potential disappear and the water content decrease 44.69% at 30min of getting touch with hypertonic.They are lower than the water content of nerve of action potential revival limit (80%).The disappear of action potential is revivanle.
