| 摘 要： | 目的观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将120例社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为2组:治疗组60例采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合左氧氟沙星治疗,对照组60例单用左氧氟沙星治疗。比较2组治疗前后患者体温、呼吸道症状、肺部啰音、血常规、胸部X线等改善情况及治疗中出现的不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率78%,对照组总有效率58%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组在改善体温(P<0.05)、咳嗽(P<0.01)、咳痰(P<0.05)、啰音(P<0.05)、X线胸片(P<0.05)及细菌学(P<0.05)等方面优于对照组。2组患者用药治疗过程中无明显不良反应。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎临床疗效优于单用左氧氟沙星治疗,是一种安全有效的方法。
