皮层下失语症的特点及其康复机制探讨*

目的 分析皮层下失语症的语言障碍特点,探讨其语言功能的康复机制.方法 选择皮层下失语症患者70例,于语言康复治疗前及治疗4周后,分别采用汉语标准失语症检查法进行评估.对治疗前语言障碍的特点进行总结,分析皮层下失语症的语言障碍特点;对治疗前后各项语言能力进行比较.结果 皮层下失语症患者听理解、复述、阅读理解能力在词汇水平正答率均达60%以上;语言康复治疗后,各项语言能力在不同水平的正答率均有提高,尤其是听理解与复述与说的词汇及句子水平及视执行文字指令正答率均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.05).结论 皮层下失语症患者听与视理解能力及复述能力相对保存,康复治疗后其各方面语言能力均可不同程度康复.

Study on characteristics and rehabilitation mechanism of subcortex aphasia
