前列腺注射联合体外射频治疗慢性前列腺炎综合征

目的：探讨前列腺注射联合体外射频治疗慢性前列腺炎综合征的临床疗效。方法：选择临床诊断为慢性前列腺炎综合征患者75例，随机分为3组。实验组在直肠B超引导下经会阴前列腺内注射利多卡因、菌必必治、地塞米松，注射后进行体外射频治疗；对照组分为两组：一组单纯行前列腺注射，另一组单纯体外射频治疗；疗程均为5d 1次，共6次。观察治疗前后前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CP)变化。结果：3组治疗前后NIH-CP评分改变均有差异，前列腺注射联合体外射频治疗组更为显著。结论：体外射频更能促进前列腺注射药物在局部的吸收及扩散．联合治疗对改善慢性前列腺炎患者的症状效果更佳。

Intraprostatic injection combined with external radiofrequency hyperthermia in the treatment of chronic prostatitis symptom

Objective To evaluate the effect of prostate injected combined with external radiofrequency (RF) hyperthermia in the treatment of chronic prostatitis symptom (CPS). Methods 75 patients suffered from CPS were divided randomly into experiment group (25 cases), which were treated with external RF hypertheria (ERFH) combined with intraprostatic injection for 4 weeks ,and the control group 1 (25 cases), which were only treated with ERFH, and control group 2 (25 cases), which were only treated with intraprostatic injection. Symptoms scores were recorded before and after treatments. Results Compared with before treatment, NIH-CP score decreased after treatment in all the three groups (P<0.05), the efficacy was better in experiment group than that in other two control groups. Conclusion External RF hyperthermia is able to accelerate the absorption of the medications in prostate tissue, and it has much more efficacy for intraprostatic injection combined with external RF hyperthermia in the treatment of chronic prostatitis symptom.
