| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冲洗-探通-冲洗术治疗先天性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法257例282眼先天性泪囊炎均在表面麻醉下采用自制冲洗式泪道探针在直视下经上泪点或下泪点插入后对泪道进行冲洗-探通-冲洗。随访6个月。结果257例(282眼)治愈率97.9%,未愈2.1%。结论泪道冲洗-探通-冲洗术是治疗先天性泪囊炎安全、可靠且有效的方法,并应早期治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore curative effect of treating congenital dacryocystitis with flushing-probing-flushing lacrimal passage. Meth-ods 257 cases (282 eyes) of congenital dacryocystitis were treated with flushing-probing-flushing by inserting homemade flushing lacrimal probe into lacrimales under topical anesthesia and followed up for 6 months. Results Of 257 cases(282 eyes),the cured rate was 97.9%. Conclusion Flushing-probing-flushing is a safe and reliable way to treat congenital dacryocystitis, and should be used as early as possible. |
