盆底肌功能训练预防和治疗产后尿失禁

目的评价盆底肌功能训练在预防和治疗女性产后尿失禁的效果.方法 156例住院自然初次分娩产妇,随机分成两组.观察组82例由专人指导于产后进行8周盆底肌功能训练,对照组74例进行一般的产后健康教育,分别于产后16周及12月随访,通过问卷调查、盆底肌张力测定和尿垫试验,评价进行盆底肌功能训练的效果.结果观察组压力性尿失禁发生率明显低于对照组,盆底肌张力评分高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论产后盆底肌功能训练可以有效预防和治疗女性产后尿失禁,其远期效果有待进一步观察.

The effect of postpartum pelvic floor muscle training in prevention and treatment of urinary incontinence

Objective To evaluate the effect of postpartum pelvic floor muscle training in prevention and treatment of urinary incontinence. Methods 156 women were randomized divided into training group and control group. 82 women in the training group had participated an eight - week pelvic floor muscle training program instructed by specialized nurse, 74 women in the control group only had participated postpartum health instruction. Clinical assessment of pelvic floor muscle training program were taken by questionary , vaginal palpation and a standardized pad test. Results Significantly more women in the control group than in the training group reported stress urinary incontinence ,but the scores of pelvic floor muscle strength in the control group was demonstrated lower than in the training group,. Conclusion Postpartum pelvic floor muscle training was effective in prevention and treatment of urinary incontinence. The long effect need to further investgate.
