舌癌组织FAT10 mRNA表达与临床病理特征关系的研究

目的:探讨舌癌组织中FAT10 mRNA的表达与舌癌患者病理因素及预后的相关性。方法:收集我院2001—2004年120例有5年以上完整随访资料的舌癌术后患者,采用RT-PCR方法检测舌癌组织(TCT)和正常舌组织(NTT)中FAT10 mRNA的表达情况,分析FAT10基因表达与舌癌患者临床病理资料之间的关系。结果:FAT10 mRNA在本组舌癌中阳性表达率为55.56%(65/117),与正常舌组织相比,FAT10基因在舌癌组织中的表达量(0.85±0.05)明显增加(P<0.05),且FAT10 mRNA的表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度和TNM分级等密切相关(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小等无关(P>0.05)。Log-rank分析发现FAT10 mRNA阳性表达者生存率明显低于阴性者(P<0.05)。结论:FAT10 mRNA的表达与舌癌的转移及预后等关系密切,有可能作为反映舌癌生物学行为和判断预后的有效指标。

Expression and Clinical Significance of FAT10 in Carcinoma of Tongue

Objective：To investigate the expression of FAT10 in carcinoma of tongue and its clinicopathologic significance.Methods：120 cases from 2001-2004 which followed-up for 5 years were retrospectively reviewed.RT-PCR were used to detect FAT10 mRNA expression in carcinoma of tongue tissues and normal tongue tissues,and the relation of FAT10 expression with clinicopathological features were analyzed.Results：The intensive positive rate of FAT10 expression in carcinoma of tongue was 55.56%（65/117）.Expression of FAT10 was highly correlated with lymph node metastasis,tumor differentiation and TNM stage（P0.05）,but not correlated with age,sex,and tumor size（P0.05）.Cases with intensive positive of FAT10 expression,the survival rate was significantly lower than negative ones（P0.05）. Conclusion：Overexpression of FAT10 in patients with carcinoma of tongue enhances the possibility of invasion and metastasis,implying a poor prognosis.Expression of FAT10 may serve as fairly a good prognostic factor.
