| 摘 要： | 由于龋损、外伤等原因常造成牙体的重度缺损,形成了残根残冠,严重影响了美观和咀嚼功能。临床上,经常可以遇到老年人因严重磨耗、过度倾斜等增龄性、病理性变化导致咬合垂直距离太低而造成修复困难的残根残冠。随着根管治疗及修复技术的发展,越来越多的残根残冠得到保留。传
