变态反应性皮肤病食物不耐受IgG抗体的临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨血清中14种食物特异性IgG抗体与变态反应性皮肤病的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对92例变态反应性皮肤病患者血清中14种食物特异性IgG抗体水平进行检测。结果患者血清食物特异性IgG抗体阳性反应者90例,总阳性率为97.8%,其中以蟹、虾、蛋清/蛋黄阳性率最高,与正常对照组比较(P〈0.05)有统计学意义。结论变态反应性皮肤病患者体内特异性IgG抗体阳性率高,提示与食物不耐受有关,对临床变态反应性皮肤病的饮食指导有重要意义。
