| 摘 要： | 目的了解病床的工作效率,为医院管理提供科学依据。方法采用归一分析法将病床使用率和病床周转次数综合起来,建立床位工作效率指数模型。结果全院3月和8月床位工作效率达到最佳状态;除E科室和G科室床位工作效率为低效运行外,其他科室均为高效运行。结论可合理增加床位编制,进一步满足患者的就医需求。

| Abstract: | Objective to find out sickbed work efficiency for providing scientific basis to hospital management. Methods using normalization analysis to combine sickbed application rate with turnover rate for setting up sickbed work efficiency index model. Results the sickbed work efficiency achieved the best situation in May and August; all the departments worked high efficiency except E department and G department. Conclusions to increase sickbed reasonably in order to satisfy the patients’ requirement. |
