脑脉络膜裂神经上皮囊肿的CT、MRI诊断

摘    要:目的:探讨脑脉络膜裂囊肿的CT、MRI表现及其诊断价值。方法:对17例脉络膜裂神经上皮囊肿的CT和MRI表现进行回顾性分析,其中9例行CT检查,进一步MRI检查6例;MRI检查14例,5例行MRI增强扫描。结果:CT扫描表现为边界清楚的圆形、类圆形低密度灶;MRI表现为长T1,长T2信号灶,FLAIR序列为低信号,灶周无水肿,5例Gd-DTPA增强扫描病例未见强化。随访无变化。结论:CT和MRI均可检出脉络膜裂神经上皮囊肿,但MR具有多参数及多平面成像的特点,并可清楚地显示脉络膜裂,对脉络膜裂神经上皮囊肿的诊断明显优于CT。

Abstract:Objective:To study CT and MRI manifestations and diagnostic value of choroidal fissure neuroepithelial cyst of the brain.Methods:Characteristic CT and MRI findings of 17 patients with choroidal fissure neuroepithelial cyst were retrospectively analyzed,CT scanning was applied 9 cases and 6 cases accepted further examination by MRI;MRI was performed in 14 cases and 5 cases accepted further MRI enhanced scanning.Results:CT findings were as follows:round or round-like shape with sharp rims and hypodensity; On MRI,they all showed hypointensity on TIWI and hyperintensity on T2WI, but cyst appeared hypointensity in FLAIR sequence, and no associated edema. Gd-DTPA was performed in 5 cases and revealed no evidence of enhancement. And no dramatic changes in follow up studies. Conclusions: Choroidal fissure neuroepithelial cyst could be detected on both CT and MRI,but MRI with multiple ptanes and sequences,and could see the choroidal fissure clearly. MRI was better than CT in diagnosing choroidal fissure neuroepithelial cyst.
