急性胰腺炎伴肺部感染患者的药学监护

目的：分析临床药师对急性胰腺炎患者的药学监护，探讨临床药师如何在临床治疗中的作用。方法：临床药师在l例急性胰腺炎患者的治疗过程中，与临床医师共同制订治疗方案，监护患者用药全过程，针对患者用药提出用药注意事项。结果：临床药师和，临床医师共同参与制订治疗方案，真正做到治疗个体化，使患者治愈出院。结论：临床药师通过药学监护，避免了不良反应的发生，提高了患者的治疗依从性，取得了良好的，临床效果。

Pharmaceutical Care for Anti-infective Therapy in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis Complicated Pulmonary infection

Objective： To analyse the pharmaceutical care for patients with acute pancreatitis by clinical pharma- cists so as to investigate the role of clinical phamlacists in the clinical treatment. Methods：The clinical pharmacists for- mulated the treatment plan together with the clinical doctors and supervised the whole process of treatment for the pa- tient and then changed the drugs according to disease condition. Results： With the cooperation of clinical pharmacists, the clinical doctors adjusted the treatment plan to individualize treatment until patients were to cured discharge from hospital. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists participating in the pharmaceutical care for acute pancreatitis patients can avoid adverse drug reactions and optimize the treatment plan to achieve good efficacy.
