| 摘 要： | 目的]总结116例腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人的护理体会。方法]术前评估病人,讲解腹腔镜的优点,做好心理护理;术后正确评估手术效果,注意病情观察,加强基础护理,预防并发症。结果]本组116例病人均痊愈出院。结论]术前宣教、术后正确评估和护理是腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理工作中的重点。
