| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同健康教育方式对青光眼病人的影响.方法建立青光眼俱乐部,从俱乐部会员中随机抽取120例青光眼病人为观察组,从未参加俱乐部的住院病人中随机抽取120例为对照组.观察组参加俱乐部活动;对照组采用常规健康教育.结果观察组健康教育效果的优良率为84.48%,对照组为46.67%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论开展青光眼俱乐部进行健康教育的效果明显优于常规健康教育方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of different healthy educational modes on the glaucoma patients. Methods Tow hundred and forty cases of glaucoma patients were randomly divided into observation group and control (n=120, in each group), the patients in the observation group attended club activity, while those in the control group received common healthy education. Results The effective rate of healthy education in the observation group was 84. 47%, while that in the control group was 46. 67% (P<0. 01). Conclusion The effect of glaucoma club in strengthening healthy education was obviously better than that of common healthy education mode. |
