海珠区实施“出生缺陷干预模式研究”项目效果分析

目的 了解广州市海珠区实施“出生缺陷干预模式研究”项目前后出生缺陷发生率及产前确诊率情况,为完善我区出生缺陷干预方案提供依据.方法 根据《海珠区出生缺陷监测实施方案》,将2010年辖区总的国产儿出生缺陷发生率及产前确诊率与2007年基准值比较.结果 2010年出生缺陷发生率为189.4/万,较2005年下降了10.7/万;产前确诊率为33.90％,较基准值提高了14.95％,其中28周前产前确诊率为16.24％,较基准值提高了5.86％.结论 针对辖区多发出生缺陷类型,构筑相应三级干预网络,并加强产科超声医师技能的培训,可有效降低出生缺陷的发生.

Analysis on Intervention Effect of Birth Defects in Haizhu District

OBJECTIVE To understand the incidence of birth defects and prenatal diagnosis rate in Haizhu District of Guangzhou after implementing the birth defects intervention research. METHODS According to birth defects monitoring embodiments, compare the perinatal incidence of birth defects and prenatal diagnosis rate in 2010 with the reference value in 2007. RESULTS The incidence of birth defects in 2010 is 189.4/million, declined 10.7/million compared to 2005; prenatal diagnosis rate was 33.90%, increased 14.95% compared to 2007, while prenatal diagnosis rate before 28 weeks pregnant was 16.24%, increased 5.86% compared to 2007. CONCLUSION Establish tertiary intervention system and strengthen the skills of obstetric sonographer could effectively reduce the incidence of birth defects.
