低分子铬结合物对人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变及姐妹染色单体互换的影响

摘    要:本文研究了低分子铬结合物对人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变及姐妹染色单体互换的影响。六价铬(K_2Cr_2O_7和CrO_3)实验组的染色体畸变率明显高于对照组,但是三价铬和低分子铬结合物实验组的染色体畸变率与对照组无明显差异。六价铬和三价铬实验组每细胞姐妹染色单体互换平均数明显高于对照组,但是低分子铬结合物实验组与对照组之间无明显差异。

Abstract:The frequency of chromosome aberration and sister-chromatid exchange in the peripheral blood lymphocyte to low molecular weight chromiumbinding substance(LMWCr)was studied. The frequencies of chromosome aberration in the human peripheral blood lymphocyte to hexavalent chromium(K_2Cr_2O_7 and CrO_3)were significantly higher than in the control, but not trivalent chromium(CrCl_3)and LMWCr. The frequency of sister-chromatid exchange in the peripheral blood lymphocyte to hexavalent and trivalent chromium was remarkably higher than that of control,but not LMWCr.
