| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨青少年心理因素对其在正畸治疗中配合度的影响.方法: 选择欲进行正畸治疗的112例12-18岁青少年错耠畸形患者,正畸治疗前运用SCL-90进行心理状况测评,正畸治疗开始后6个月间对其不配合情况进行跟踪调查.结果: 32.1%的正畸青少年有各种轻度的心理问题,有12.5%的正畸青少年可能存在中度或中度以上的心理问题;正畸青少年不合作行为平均为11.9次;心身症状越多正畸治疗中的不合作行为越明显,二者呈正相关(r=0.46).结论: 青少年正畸前的心理健康水平可以影响治疗中不合作行为的发生情况,正畸医师可针对青少年的心理状况采取适宜的矫治设计并进行相应的口腔卫生宣教和指导.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects of psychological factors of adolescents on cooperation in orthodontic treatment.Methods:112 adolescent patients treated with fixed appliances were chosen.Their psychological statuses were assessed with the SCL-90,and the non-cooperation behaviors were recorded during the first 6 months of the orthodontic treatment.Results:32.1% of the adolescent patients had mild psychology problem,and 12.5% had moderate or severe psychology problem.The average number of times of non-coopera... |
