| 摘 要： | 薄膜包衣是片剂包衣工艺技术进步的标志。本文采用世界制药企业公认的最佳薄膜包衣材料欧巴代(Opa-dry)作为牛黄解毒片薄膜包衣材料,使产品质量提高,并通过欧巴代对牛黄解毒片剂制备工艺、设备条件、质量考察及相关问题进行了探讨,以便更好的指导和应用于生产之中。

| Abstract: | Film coating is an emblem of industrial technological progress for tablets coating.Opadry,which is admittedly the best film coating material by all of pharmaceutical factory in the world,is selected to be the film coating material in Niuhuangjiedu tablets to improved the product quality.The preparation procedure,facilities condition,quality investigation and some relevant questions were studied through using opadry in order to provide guidance for the production. |
