二氯异氰尿酸钠对肠道杆菌抑制与杀灭效果的试验观察

经测定，二氯异氰酸钠对７种肠道杆菌的最低抑制有效浓度为７５～１５０ｍｇ／Ｌ（有效氯）。其含２００ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯的溶液，对上述细菌的杀灭作用时间随菌种而不同，介于２～３０分钟。该消毒剂溶液对苹果、黄瓜和手指上弗氏志贺氏菌有良好的杀灭作用。

EXPERIMENTAL OBSERVATION ON EFFICACY OF SODIUM DICHLOROISOCYANUROISOCYANURATE IN INHIBITING AND KILLING ENTERIC BACTERIA

The efficacy of sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution in inhibiting and killing 26 strains of 7 species of enteric bacteria isolated from stool of patients with acute diarrhea was observed. The results showed that the minimal effective concentration of sodium dichloroisocyanurate for inhibiting the growth of various test bacteria was 75～150 mg / L (available chlorine). The qualitative test of suspension indicated that the sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution containing 200 mg / L available chlorine could kill Yersinia enterocolitica after exposure for 2 min,Hafnia spp. after exposure for 4 min, Enterobacter aerogenes after exposure for 8 min,Shigella flexneri,Escherichia coli and Edwardsiella tarda after exposure for 15 min and Proteus vulgaris after exposure for 30 min.Carrier test showed that sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution containing 200 or 1 00 mg / L available chlorine could kill more than 99.9% of Shigella flexneri on apple slice after exposure for 8 min and 15 min respectively and more than 99.9% of this bacteria on cucumber slice after exposure for 15 min and 30 min respectively.Skin disinfection test indicated that immersion of finger in the solution containing 200 mg / L available chlorine for 5 min, in the solution containing 100 g/ L available chlorine for 10 min and in the solution containing 50 mg/ L available chlorine for 20 min could kill more than 99. 9% of the Shigella flexneri artificially contaminating the skin.
