目的：探讨数据交换与共享平台在区域协同医疗服务中的应用,提出区域协同医疗服务数据交换与共享平台解决方案。方法：通过对各类区域医疗服务系统的分析,研究数据交换与共享的工作流程,设计出区域协同医疗服务数据交换与共享平台的技术架构。结果：设计出基于前置机交换系统的数据交换解决方案,采用中心交换系统和可定制的前置交换系统,结合XML、J2EE、SOAP和ESB等现行先进的技术,可实现与各医疗机构业务系统的松耦合对接。结论：建立区域协同医疗服务数据交换与共享平台是解决各医疗机构间诊疗记录、医疗文件等医疗相关资源交换与共享的有效途径,对促进医疗卫生信息资源开发利用、降低信息协同成本、推动区域协同医疗服务新模式的建设具有重要的意义。

Informatization of Province-level Emergency Medical Command Center and Decision-making System

Objective To discuss the informatization of province-level emergency medical command center and decisionmaking system.Methods The organization and data flow involved in emergency medical command were analyzed,and the general framework was designed.Results The new idea for the construction of province-level emergency medical command center and decision-making system was put forward.Conclusion The informatized province-level emergency medical command center and decision-making system makes the decision maker respond to public medical emergency rapidly,e.g.to mobilize and allocate the assets effectively.
