普外科开展优质护理服务的效果评价

目的评价优质护理服务在普外科开展的效果。方法对2010年10月至2012年1月544名入院患者开展优质护理服务,通过认真学习、讨论,转变观念,提高认识,修订各项护理职责、制度和工作程序,采取责任护士相对固定的排班模式,分层级使用护士,实施责任到人的工作模式,切实落实基础护理职责,拓展护理服务内容,简化了护理文件书写,进行有效的绩效考核。结果密切护患关系,提升护士专业价值,危重患者护理、基础护理、病区管理质量明显提高,责任护士对患者的病情有了更好的掌握,患者、医生及护士的满意度分别由原来的95.1%、93%、95.9%,上升到现在的99.7%、98.9%、99.4%。结论开展优质护理服务成效显著,可以提高临床护理工作质量,提高患者医生护士满意度,实现医护患三方面收益。

Efficacy evaluation of quality nursing services in General Surgery Department

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of quality nursing services in general surgery department.Methods A total of 544 patients from October 2010 to January 2012 received quality nursing.Through careful study and discussion,the staff changed their nursing concepts,amended the regulations of nursing responsibilities,systems and work procedures,and took the model in which primary nurses were arranged in relatively fixed shifts.Nurses were scheduled according to their qualifications,responsibilities were allocated to each person,and the basic duty of nursing was earnestly implemented.These measures enlarged the scope of nursing services,simplified the nursing documentation,and implemented performance appraisal effectively.Results The nurse-patient relationship was deepened,the value of the nursing was enhanced,and the critical nursing,basic nursing and ward management were significantly improved.The primary nurses had a better grasp of the patient’s conditions.The satisfaction of patients,doctors and nurses increased from 95.1%,93%,95.9% to 99.7%,98.9%,99.4%,respectively.Conclusion The quality nursing has a significant effect.Quality nursing services can improve the quality of clinical nursing work,and satisfactoriness of patients,doctors and nurses.
