吸入性肺炎合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征的纤支镜治疗及护理

目的:探讨使用纤支镜对患者进行支气管肺泡灌洗吸痰治疗同时辅以护理干预对治疗吸入性肺炎(AP)合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的效果。方法:将60例AP并ARDS患者随机均分为实验组和对照组,两组均给予综合治疗及常规护理,实验组在此基础上使用纤支镜对患者进行支气管肺泡灌洗吸痰治疗同时辅以护理干预。结果:实验组患者的肺部阴影消退时间、体温恢复时间以及死亡率明显较对照组降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用纤支镜对患者进行支气管肺泡灌洗吸痰治疗同时辅以护理干预对患者的呼吸预后有改善作用。

Bronchoscopy treatment and nursing of aspiration pneumonia complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome

Objective:To investigate the use of bronchoscopy in patients with bronchoalveolar lavage suction treatment is complemented by a nursing intervention on the treatment of aspiration pneumonia(AP) combined effect of the acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods:60 cases of patients with AP combined ARDS were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,two groups were given a comprehensive treatment and routine care.Results:The experimental group of patients with pulmonary shadow subsided time,temperature recovery time and mortality was significantly reduced,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The use of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in patients with bronchoalveolar lavage suction treatment supplemented nursing intervention for patients with respiratory prognosis improvement.
